Matching Makes it Successful

Innovations is dedicated to matching each individual with the Group Home that will best fit with his or her needs, likes, and desires. This approach offers some of the most supportive and engaging environments for each of our individuals to thrive.

Meeting a Variety of Needs

Each Group Home in our program offers a different level of supports. The needs we support and the level of care Innovations provides ranges from skilled medical support, fully modified accessible homes, awake overnight care, rotating day staff, as well as social opportunities and activities with peers also receiving care.

Supporting the Model

The Innovations support team is a group of dedicated professionals that have many years of experience in assuring that all staff and individuals have access to the resources they need in order to be successful and live lives of independence and quality.
