Innovations’ Staffed Sites provide adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in a variety of homes designed to meet a wide range of needs and desires. Some of the homes have staff providing 24-hour supervision, while others only require occasional drop-in supervision. All homes offer access to transportation, community resources, and adaptive technology.
At Innovations we encourage and value independence by recognizing choices in individual lifestyles and by removing the barriers that impede those choices. The alternatives and locations listed below enable us to meet the preferences of our residents and their families.

Personal Care Alternatives (PCA) from Innovations offers a wide array of life choices and needs options. Whether you are looking for a home or apartment, busy city life or a quiet residential neighborhood, Innovations will work with you to help make great things happen your life and the comfort your family member. Individual homes are planned around the lifestyles and support needs of those who choose to live there. We have diverse options for active lifestyles, accessibility needs, people making that first big jump away from family, and people who’ve found their life niche. A well trained staff provides more than support, they partner with each resident to bring out the abilities that turn life dreams into life successes. PCAs support and promote all levels of independent living and strive for fun, friendly, and integrated lifestyles
| Caledonia: A ranch style home in Louisville, Caledonia is close to downtown and the Louisville Recreation Center. The individual’s lives are enhanced by 24hr awake staffing to further provide for the health and safety of those who choose to live there. The house is fully accessible and equipped to support multiple disabilities and active lifestyles. |

| Garden Place: A beautiful ranch home in Northeast Longmont featuring full accessibility and a tradition of support and assistance for the individuals residing in the home. A Live-In Counselor and support Counselors drive this home to maintain focus on choice and reinforcement. |

| Tenino: Featuring a great location in a friendly East Boulder neighborhood, community inclusion is at the forefront of this home’s ideals and motivations. The residents receive highly individualized service based on needs and choice. Two Live-In Counselors and Support Counselors are dedicated to assisting the individuals attain their life goals. |

| Timber Ridge: A central location for independent living, TimberRidge offers community integration and inclusion at its finest. Counselors rotate between apartments and provide a wide range of residential support for individuals who have moderately independent skills in activities of daily living. |

Group Homes: Supporting Four or More Individuals |

The passion and patience of our staff in combination with the “Yes, we can do it together!” attitude of the team, creates and environment that encourages and applauds independence in all activities of daily living personalized for the individual.
| 19th Street: A dynamic home in downtown Boulder, this residence is specifically for people with significant developmental and physical disabilities. Residents who might otherwise live in long term care settings or hospitals are given the opportunity to live in a close-knit community in a warm, family style home. Comprehensive medical care is provided without compromising social and recreational opportunities within the community. |

Bob and Judy Charles SmartHome: Located in North Boulder, the Bob and Judy Charles Home incorporates cutting edge technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of service and supports for adults with disabilities. The home focuses on enhancing the quality of life of residents, augmenting the effectiveness of staff as caregivers, and providing cost and energy savings. Through green and intuitive technology, the Bob and Judy Charles Home assists adults in building skills and more readily access their home and community environment. As the first such home in the nation, the Bob and Judy Charles Home will serve as a model for the future of residential care for people with developmental disabilities. |

| Foothills: Located North Boulder is designed for older adults with developmental disabilities. This large, accessible home provides innovative services to meet the unique needs of our senior population as well as to maintain top notch individualized social, physical, and medical care. |

Manhattan: A comfortable four-unit home in East Boulder provides and environment that encourages and supports independence while offering a close community of friends. Staff support varies according to individual needs. With an average age of 25-35, Manhattan provides the self-sufficiency young adults need while maintaining support and assistance.
